In most cases, no. Depctor connects to standard IP cameras and NVR streams on your local network. If your current system supports RTSP, we can usually work with it.
No — not for normal operation. Video is analysed on the edge device at your site. Only structured summary data (counts, visits, alerts, and similar records) syncs to the Depctor dashboard.
AI Object Detection tracks people, vehicles, and many object types — ideal for security, parking, and zone monitoring. Face Recoz focuses on people analytics: unique visitors, repeat customers, demographics, dwell time, and staff exclusion. Each edge device runs one module at a time.
